Cheers to Runaway Brides & Love Languages

This is how I ended up breaking off an engagement. I wasn’t ready. I thought I was but when I removed the romance stained glasses from my eyes and looked at the commitment marriage is, I knew my then fiancè and I wouldn’t make it. And I always say, a runaway bride is better than a divorce. Any day. Oh and on the different love frequencies, truest!!! I’ve learned to actually ask. Adulting introduced me to love languages, which opened me up to understand we give and receive love differently and that’s OK.
